area for storage + area for further fit out, bathroom kitchen etc

Situated on top of a hill on a beautiful property in Gundaroo we are very proud of this shed.

First sheds handled the ground works, bringing in bulk fill to construct a flat level building platform for the slab. We also completed the slab, material supply and constructed the shed.

This building was split into two with a storage / garage area accessible via the roller door but internally partitioned off from the rest of the building.
the front half was fit out as a potentially inhabitable area while the client builds their dream home. The open bay on the end of the shed had a deck built underneath and looks fantastic.

We custom designed this shed with a 27.5 degree pitch roof which typically looks great in rural settings. The high pitched roof gives the heritage also used in most smaller country towns. Oh and we got it up before the weeding took place in a picturesque setting on the property. We only wish someone would actually get married in one of our sheds!

WHATS INCLUDED: This project included earthworks, concrete slab, material supply, construction, and project management. The approval was handled in house by our approvals management team!
