WHATS INCLUDED: This project included material supply, construction, and project management.

This shed was under 25m2, and in accordance with exempt requirements to not need any approval. The shed was constructed to store tools and garden equiptment. It included a roller door on the front for easy access (rather than a personal access door), and included 2 skylights. Skylights allow for lots of light, and are a quite cost effective solution when compared to installing lights, or large windows. A flashing was installed on the concrete, with a silicone bead around the edge, to aid in waterproofing (as this was constructed on an already existing slab, which was not level).

*As always, the price of a project is highly dependent on the amount of earthworks to be completed, whether services need to be run in (plumbing, stormwater and electrical) and the exact dimensions and details of the shed.
