First Sheds undertakes the whole process for you, including architectural plans, site plan drafting, engineering, lodgement of all forms and ongoing approval management.
As the owner of the block, it is your responsibility to ensure all buildings are approved. If you engage First Sheds, we handle approvals and ensure your Machinery shed is compliant, engineered, and built correctly. Unapproved structures can lead to council notices, insurance issues, or complications when selling. Buyers must acknowledge any unapproved structure in reports.
