A showcase of how a carport and garage structure can provide an immediate increase of utility for your residential property. For this project, we at First Shed were tasked with the design of construction of a carport and garage structure that will provide support functions for a residential home and a timber deck. We also handled the approval and project management for the entire project from start to finish.

The goal for this project was efficiency. We wanted the structure to feel like a natural addition to the residential property. We started with the fundamental earthworks and the concreting that will suit the building planned. The structure was comprised of four roller doors with two of them being motorised, skylights, PA door, and colorbond parts installation.

We handled everything in-house; all materials used are 100% Colorbond and Bluescope steel. For approval processing and management details, you can check it here!
