This Workshop was built in Pearce, and included a roller door so it could potentially double as a garage. First sheds managed the earthworks, and lay a new concrete slab. This included raising the area to be similar to the backyard. Extra concrete was included for extra access. The garage made part of the side fence, with an access door entering the backyard for safe and secure access. The shed was constructed with an electric roller door, windows, and drainage hookup to a 2000L water tank. First Sheds arranged for the electrical works including a sub board in shed, multiple 15amp circuits, highpowered LED lights, power-points and more. First Sheds then completed landscaping works to make good the shrubbery around, and redid the connections of the colorbond fence. This whole process took about 1 and a half months. Following guidelines such as being under 36m2, under 3m in total height, away from setbacks, etc, this shed was exempt from both DA and BA approvals. The client installed timbers, and plans to put in benches and plasterboard the walls.
