A sundown deluxe project for adding charm to a residential property.

For about 80% of our projects, First Sheds handles the complete design, approval, and construction — all in-house with our employees and this project was no different.

We then started with the initial earthworks and concrete works to prepare the plot. For this specific project, we needed to do a bit of work by removing portions of the patio and renovating the driveway to allow room for the structure before starting with the construction of the shed — all requiring their respective earthworks and concrete work.

We then proceeded with the construction of the structure itself which included one motorised roller door, roof insulation, skylights, vermaseal application as well as electrical works. As per usual, a colorbond finish was applied to cladding, gutters, downpipes, and flashings.

As per usual, all materials are 100% Bluescope and Colorbond steel.
