We at First Sheds were tasked with the delivery, supply, and installation as well as the project management role from start to finish and all the necessary prep work that fit the shed building standard for Canberra.

Our job started with the initial earthworks and concreting for the area where the shed will be built. For this project, a 3000L water tank was to be implemented so the concreting also had to be adapted to that. The structure itself includes a roller door, and PA door, with all of the structure’s framing (columns, rafter, purlins, and grits), cladding for roofs and walls, gutters and downpipes, and flashing to suits done in colorbond finish. All materials are 100% Bluescope and Colorbond steel.

Material supply, construction, electrical works, 3000L water tank construction, downpipe and stormwater works, earthworks, and project management.

The price of the project is dependent on the number of earthworks to be completed, whether services need to be run (plumbing, stormwater, and electrical), and the exact dimensions and details of the shed.
