1 SHED IS NEVER ENOUGH + OVERHEAD POWER RELOCATION

Like we always say, no matter how big the shed you get is, you’ll fill it up.
This client had done just that with their existing shed and needed some additional storage space plus an undercover parking space.

We came up with the above pictured solution and custom designed it to fit exactly between the house and the existing shed. It’s a great example of the versatility of the Ranbuild product.
This shed was 3m x 6m with a 3m x 6m awning attached.

First sheds handled the whole project, all the way from initial design and approval to lock up.

This project is an interesting case study. Prior to building the shed an overhead power connection running from the main pole to the house had to be relocated and elevated in order to gain approval to place the shed in its current pictured spot. (we also completed this on another shed here)

First Sheds managed this entire process, explaining the various options to the client, applying for the power relocation and booking in both the residential electrician and evo energy to both do their respective parts of the job.

WHATS INCLUDED: This project included earthworks, concrete slab, material supply, construction, storm water connection, electrical fit out and mains relocation, and project management. The approval was handled in house by our approvals management team, in only 4 weeks!
